Max and Kristin have been appointed to ministry in Latin America. Their first assignment will be in Santiago, Chile. Max's role will be leadership development, which will include theological/pastoral training and strategic planning. He will work alongside the existing and potential pastors in the church planting project that began five years ago in Santiago. Kristin will assist the Latin America Area Director with office work and communications. Max is a graduate of Central Christian College of Kansas, Roberts Wesleyan College, and Northeastern Seminary. He has pastored two churches in the Genesee Conference. Currently, he is the senior pastor at Northgate FM Church, Batavia, NY. Kristin is also a graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College. For two and a half years, she served as the administrative assistant for the superintendent of the Northeast Region of the FM Church.
