Josef will serve a very active congregation as associate pastor and will also teach pastors from emerging European FM churches. Many of these leaders need the basics on topics including understanding the Bible, church history and systematic theology. Following the turmoil of wars and communism, many Europeans have experienced brokenness and despair, Lynette sees Christian counseling as an avenue for healing. She will also offer member care to missionaries and European church planters in need of member care.
